Munch Mania Official Rules and Odds Disclosure

1. Sponsor

Munch’s Supply, 1901 Ferro Drive, New Lenox, IL 60451 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Munch Mania Scratch & Win Promotion (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents of Illinois, Indiana or Michigan who are 18 years of age or older and who are authorized representatives of a business that holds an active account with the Sponsor, with a business address of record in Illinois, Indiana or Michigan, as of the Promotion start date. See Section 16.

Employees, officers, directors and agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) or households are not eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) on October 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM CT on December 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper for this Promotion.

4. How to obtain a scratch ticket

4a. With purchase (automatic entry)

During the Promotion Period, eligible customers will automatically receive scratch tickets based on their purchasing activity as follows:

• 1 scratch ticket for each qualifying order of $500 or more. Equipment does not qualify: Trane, American Standard, Mitsubishi, Midea, Ameristar, RunTru and Commercial equipment purchases are excluded from qualifying order totals.
• +2 bonus scratch tickets when a qualifying order is above $1,500 during the Promotion Period.
• +3 bonus scratch tickets for placing at least two qualifying orders in each calendar month of the Promotion Period (loyalty bonus, awarded at Promotion close).
• Watch for additional bonus day specials for extra scratches.

Scratch tickets are distributed as a digital ticket by email within seven (7) business days of the qualifying trigger. Sponsor reserves the right to verify purchase activity before issuing tickets.

4b. No purchase necessary — free entry

No purchase is required to receive a scratch ticket and participate in this Promotion. Every dealer with an active Munch’s Supply account receives one (1) free scratch ticket per week for the entire Promotion Period. No request, form or mailing is required.

• The free ticket is posted automatically to the account holder’s Munch ID account each week on Monday during the Promotion Period.
• Limit one (1) free scratch ticket per account, per week.
• Free tickets are issued for every week of the Promotion Period, whether or not any order is placed.
• Unscratched free tickets remain in the account holder’s Munch ID account and may be scratched at any time before the end of the Promotion Period.

5. How to play — scratch tickets

5a. Instant-Win section

Each scratch ticket contains an Instant-Win panel. Scratch the panel to reveal your result. If the revealed prize matches a listed Instant-Win prize (see Section 6), you win that prize. Each ticket may reveal only one Instant-Win result.

5b. Collect-to-Win section

Each scratch ticket also contains a Collect-to-Win panel revealing one (1) game piece, or a “No Piece” result. Each game piece belongs to a specific prize set identified by the prize tier name printed on the piece. To win a Collect-to-Win prize, a participant must collect all required pieces within the same prize tier set during the Promotion Period. The number of pieces required per set and the maximum number of winners per prize tier are as follows:

Once the maximum number of winners for a prize tier has been reached, no further prizes will be awarded for that tier regardless of additional complete sets submitted. Prize claims are honored in the order verified by Sponsor. Pieces from different prize tier sets may not be combined. Duplicate pieces within the same set do not satisfy the requirement for a distinct piece. Pieces have no cash value and are not transferable except as described in Section 5c.

5c. Piece trading

Participants may voluntarily trade duplicate pieces with other eligible participants. Trading must be conducted directly between participants; Sponsor does not facilitate trades. Traded pieces must originate from legitimately obtained scratch tickets. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify participants who trade pieces obtained through fraudulent means.

6. Prizes and odds of winning

The tables below set out every prize available in this Promotion, its approximate retail value, and the chance that any one scratch ticket reveals it. Chances are based on a total print run of 25,000 scratch tickets. Actual results may vary based on the total number of tickets distributed.

6a. Collect to win: the eight prizes

Chance shown is the chance that any one ticket reveals a game piece belonging to that prize. It is not the chance of winning the prize, which requires collecting the full set of pieces shown. The maximum number of winners for each prize tier is stated in Section 5b.

7. Winner determination and notification

7a. Instant-Win prizes

Instant-Win prizes are determined at the time of ticket scratch. Winners must retain their scratch ticket as proof of win. Scratching a ticket constitutes entry into the Promotion and acceptance of these Official Rules.

7b. Collect-to-Win prizes

To claim a Collect-to-Win prize, a participant must:

1. Retain all original scratch ticket(s) containing the complete set of required pieces.
2. Contact Sponsor’s designated representative at marketing@munchsupply.com or 815-207-6530 to initiate the claim process.
3. Submit all original scratch tickets for verification within thirty (30) days of the Promotion end date.

Sponsor will verify submitted tickets for authenticity and compliance with these Official Rules. If multiple participants submit valid complete sets for the same prize tier, the prize will be awarded to the first verified claim received, as determined by Sponsor’s records. Sponsor’s determination is final and binding.

7c. Notification

Potential winners will be notified by phone and/or email using the contact information associated with their Munch’s Supply account. If a potential winner cannot be reached within five (5) business days of the first notification attempt, or if notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate claimant at Sponsor’s discretion.

7d. Guaranteed minimum award of Collect-to-Win prizes

Sponsor will award a minimum of one (1) of each Collect-to-Win prize listed in Section 6. If, as of the close of the thirty (30) day claim period described in Section 7b, no participant has submitted a verified complete set of game pieces for a given prize tier, Sponsor will award that prize by random drawing from among the participants who submitted the greatest number of distinct verified game pieces in that tier. If two or more participants are tied at that number, all tied participants are entered in the drawing. If no game pieces at all were submitted for a prize tier, that prize will be awarded by random drawing from among all participants who scratched at least one ticket during the Promotion Period.

Any drawing under this Section 7d will be conducted by Sponsor within thirty (30) days after the close of the claim period. Sponsor’s selection is final and binding. A participant may win no more than one (1) Collect-to-Win prize tier by drawing under this Section 7d.

8. Prize redemption

Prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days of the end of the Promotion Period. Prizes not claimed within this period are forfeited. All prizes are subject to verification by Sponsor.

• Discount prizes (5% off excluding equipment, 2% off, 10% off Unico System, 5% off Aprilaire, $10 off Klein Tools) will be applied to the winner’s next qualifying order placed within sixty (60) days of redemption. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. The 5% discount expressly excludes equipment purchases.
• Reward Points prizes (500, 1,000, 1,500, 2,000, 3,000, 5,000 and 10,000 points) will be credited to the winner’s rewards account within ten (10) business days of verification. Points are subject to the terms and conditions of Sponsor’s rewards program. The 10,000 Reward Points prize is limited to a maximum of 500 winners; the 1,500 Reward Points prize is limited to a maximum of 3,000 winners throughout the Promotion Period.
• Physical prizes (ATV, grills, cooler, tool kit, gift cards) will be shipped to the winner’s address of record within six (6) to eight (8) weeks of prize verification. The winner is responsible for applicable taxes, title, registration and licensing fees on the Polaris ATV.
• Travel voucher prizes will be issued in the form of a voucher redeemable through Calusa Marketing, Sponsor’s designated travel partner. The voucher must be used within twelve (12) months of issuance. Specific terms, blackout dates and restrictions are governed by the voucher issuer’s terms and conditions, which are provided to the winner with the voucher.
• Experience prizes (office lunch, team treats) will be coordinated by Sponsor within ninety (90) days of claim at a mutually agreeable time. No cash equivalent will be offered.

9. General prize conditions

All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 and/or a prize affidavit as a condition of prize award for prizes with an ARV of $600 or more. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. No prize substitution is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the offered prize becomes unavailable. All prize details not specified herein are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

10. Conditions of participation

By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to: (a) be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding; (b) release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives and successors from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, damages of any kind, or death arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession or use of any prize; and (c) allow Sponsor to use their name, business name, city, state and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

11. Fraud and disqualification

Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil law. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, submits fraudulent scratch tickets, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Mechanically reproduced, digitally altered, counterfeit, stolen or illegibly printed tickets are void. Sponsor’s determination of ticket validity is final.

12. Limitation of liability

Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected or undeliverable scratch tickets or ticket notifications; (b) any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in operation or transmission; (c) theft or destruction of tickets; (d) any injury or damage to a participant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile device relating to or resulting from participation in this Promotion; or (e) typographical, printing or other errors in these Official Rules or Promotion materials. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a winner, the prize will be awarded to the authorized account holder associated with the ticket. Sponsor’s liability is limited to the stated ARV of the prize.

13. Governing law and disputes

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by binding arbitration in Will County, Illinois. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year of the end of the Promotion Period.

14. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used solely for Promotion administration and prize fulfillment, and will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at munchsupply.com/privacy. By participating, entrants consent to receiving communications from Sponsor regarding the Promotion and its outcome.

15. Official Rules availability

These Official Rules are available during the Promotion Period at munchmaniahvac.com/rules and upon written request to Munch’s Supply, Attn: Munch Mania Official Rules, 1901 Ferro Drive, New Lenox, IL 60451. To obtain a copy by mail, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the address above. Requests must be received by December 31, 2026.

16. State-specific provisions

This Promotion is offered only in Illinois, Indiana and Michigan, and only to eligible dealers whose business address of record with Sponsor is located in one of those three states. It is void everywhere else. Where a provision of this Section 16 conflicts with any other provision of these Official Rules, this Section 16 controls for participants in the state it names.

16a. Illinois participants

For participants in Illinois, this Promotion is conducted in accordance with the Illinois Prizes and Gifts Act, 815 ILCS 525. Sponsor discloses the following in every written promotional offer relating to this Promotion, including each scratch ticket notification:

• Sponsor’s true name and the address of Sponsor’s actual principal place of business, as stated in Section 1 and Section 17.
• The retail value of each prize a participant has been selected to receive or may be eligible to receive, as stated in the prize table in Section 6.
• That no purchase is necessary to enter or win.
• That a purchase will not improve a participant’s chances of winning.
• The odds of receiving each prize, as stated in the prize table in Section 6.
• All eligibility limitations, as stated in Section 2 and in this Section 16.
• All restrictions on receipt of a prize, as stated in Section 8 and Section 9.

No payment of any kind, including shipping, handling, processing or any other charge, is required of an Illinois participant as a condition of receiving any prize. Sponsor will not represent that an Illinois participant is a “finalist,” has been “specially selected,” or otherwise has an enhanced likelihood of receiving a prize.

16b. Indiana participants

For participants in Indiana, this Promotion is conducted in accordance with Indiana Code Article 24-8. In addition to the disclosures made elsewhere in these Official Rules:

• The verifiable retail value and the odds of winning each prize are stated in immediate proximity to each listing of that prize, in the same size and boldness of type as the prize itself, in every notice and promotional material in which the prize appears.
• Presentation of the winning ticket is required. A prize will not be awarded or given if the scratch ticket or tickets used to determine the win are not presented to Sponsor for verification as described in Section 7.
• No purchase, additional purchase, payment, or attendance at any sales presentation is required to enter, to win, or to receive any prize.
• All limitations on eligibility to participate are stated in Section 2 and in this Section 16.

If a prize an Indiana participant has won is unavailable, that participant may elect to receive, at the participant’s option rather than Sponsor’s: (a) a prize of equal or greater value; (b) the verifiable retail value of the prize in cash or by valid check; or (c) a voucher, certificate or other evidence of obligation stating that the prize will be shipped to the participant within thirty (30) days at no cost to the participant. If such a voucher is not honored within thirty (30) days, Sponsor will send the participant a check or money order for the verifiable retail value of the prize. Sponsor will honor any voucher, certificate or other evidence of obligation it issues under this paragraph.

16c. Michigan participants

For participants in Michigan, this Promotion is a game promotion under MCL 750.372a: the elements of chance and prize are present and the element of consideration is not. No purchase or payment of any kind is required to receive a scratch ticket or to win, and every dealer with an active account receives a free scratch ticket each week as described in Section 4b.

• Geographic area. This Promotion is conducted in Illinois, Indiana and Michigan, through Sponsor’s branch locations and online ordering channels serving those three states.
• Minimum prizes. Sponsor will award a minimum of one (1) of each prize listed in the table in Section 6, including each Collect-to-Win prize and each Instant-Win prize. The minimum cash and reward point amounts are the values stated for each prize in that table. Section 7d describes how a minimum Collect-to-Win award is made if no complete set of game pieces is verified.
• No predetermined winners. Sponsor does not and will not predetermine the identity of any individual entitled to receive a prize in this Promotion. All Instant-Win results are determined by the randomized distribution of game pieces across the ticket print run.
• No coercion to participate. Participation in this Promotion is entirely voluntary. Sponsor will not require, force or coerce any dealer, agent or representative to purchase, distribute or participate in this Promotion, and a dealer’s decision not to participate will not affect that dealer’s pricing, product allocation, credit terms, territory or account standing in any way.

Where this Promotion is advertised at a Sponsor branch location in Michigan, the disclosures required by MCL 750.372a are displayed on a prominent poster at that location. The prize wheel available at Sponsor’s branch counters is a separate game promotion, is also free to play with no purchase or payment required, and carries its own disclosures at the counter where it is offered.
